Q: If I have sex with my wife after fajr salah in the month of Ramadhan will my fast break?
A: Yes, your fast will break. You will have to keep Kaffaarah of sixty days for this. So do not do it after Fajr. You can have sexual intercourse with your wife from after Maghrib till the fast starts, and that is till Fajr starts and not thereafter.
