Assalamu’alaikum
My question is regarding a women who has been in the state of menses during hajj. She has not been able to perform the tawaaful ziyarah during the hajj days due to being in the state of menses. The flight has been booked for a few days after the completion of hajj and there is no possibility of extending the stay in makkah.
She will not be in a clean state before the flight therefore is it possible for her to perform the tawaaful ziyarah while on her menses the day she leaves makkah. Also we have been told in this situation, it is necessary to sacrifice/give damm if a large animal, (cow or camel). Does this sacrifice have to be given immediately or is there no time limit. Lastly will the final condition of Ihram (intimate relations) be lifted once the ziyarah is performed or once the sacrifice is given.

In principle, tawaf e ziyarah is fardh. A haaji cannot come out of ihraam without performing tawaf e ziyarah.
If a woman performing haj is in the state of ihraam and she has menses, she can delay her tawaf e ziyarah until she is clean. If she is unable to delay her tawaf e ziyarah due to definite travel plans, she may consider taking medication to stop the menses. If she cannot adjust travel schedule and her menses cannot be stopped, then if she performed tawaf e ziyarah in that condition, then she will have to sacrifice a camel in the haram area after making tawaf e ziyarah.[i] [ii]
Intimacy with one’s husband will be permissible after tawaf e ziyarah if her menses also ended. It is advisable to sacrifice the animal as soon as possible after the tawaf e ziyarah. [iii]
However, the permissibility of intimacy is not dependent on sacrificing the animal. The intimacy is dependent on coming out of ihraam and that the menses has ended.[iv]

اگر کوئی عورت حیض کے وجہ سے طواف زیارت نہ کرسکی اور حج کے فورا بعد اس کی قافلہ کے ساتھ وطن واپسی کی تاریخ مقرر ہے، اور مزید رکنے کی کوئی شکل نہیں ہے، تو اگر وہ اسی حالت میں پیمپر باندھ کر طواف زیارت کرلے، تو اس کا طواف فرض ادا ہوجائیگا، اور ازدواجی تعلق اس کے لئے حلال ہوگا۔ لیکن بحالت ناپاکی کی طواف زیارت کر نے کی وجہ سے اس پر اونٹ یا گائے کی قربانی حدود حرم میں کرنی لازم ہوگی۔ (تاہم اگر وہ قربانی سے قبل کبھی بھی اس طواف کو دوہرالےگی تو قربانی اس سے ساقط ہو جائیگی)
