What is the best way to make Dua to Allah S.W.T specially in the light of the current situation.

Sometimes when I am in namaz or reading Quran and also in the bathroom I am getting the whispers of shaitan (ghalath khyalat) which I am not able to control and getting disturbed and not getting interest in praying. I am trying to do more and more zikr. Is it a major sin and I would like to know how to control and overcome these thoughts. And sometimes I am getting negative thoughts like when I hear a good news I am thinking something bad about it. Please tell me what is the problem with me and why is it coming to me, and how to control these?

My feet cannot touch ground in sitting position while performing Namaz (last rakat of namaz) as I sit in X position. My left feet touches the ground and right feet rests on left feet halfway. I tried sitting in the recommended position but not comfortable (both the legs pains). Is it Ok if I pray the namaz in that position?

My friend cheated me and others by saying he has an investment of huge sum of money and declared himself bankrupt. I recommended others to join as investors and he paid me for each person about 200 or so. I did it as a job. I already filed proof of debt in our country’s department. I did not know that he is cheating us. 5 years had passed and the bankruptcy department said no news about him.
