Assalamo alaikum
1) can two females kiss each other on lips?
2) can they french kiss?
3) to what extent can 2 females have physical relationship with each other?
In the name of Allāh, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Assalāmu ῾alaykum wa Rahmatullāhi Wabarakātuh
1) It is Makruh Tahrimi for a female to kiss another female on the lips, hands or any other part. It will only be permissible to do so if it is done out of good gesture and there is no fear of any ones desires being aroused. In these times of fitna, one needs to exercise extreme precaution.
( وكره ) تحريما قهستاني ( تقبيل الرجل ) فم الرجل أو يده أو شيئا منه وكذا تقبيل المرأة المرأة عند لقاء أو وداع قنية وهذا لو عن شهوة ، وأما على وجه البر فجائز عند الكل خانية ، وفي الاختيار عن بعضهم لا بأس به إذا قصد البر وأمن الشهوة كتقبيل وجه فقيه ونحوه ( و ) كذا ( معانقته في إزار واحد ) وقال أبو يوسف لا بأس بالتقبيل والمعانقة في إزار واحد ( ولو كان عليه قميص أو جبة جاز ) بلا كراهة بالإجماع وصححه في الهداية وعليه المتون وفي الحقائق لو القبلة على وجه المبرة دون الشهوة جاز بالإجماع

2) It is not permissible for two females to French kiss.
3) It is permissible for a woman to see the body of another woman besides that which is between her navel and knee as long as there is no fear of any ones desires being aroused. It will also be permissible to touch those areas as long as there is no fear of any ones desires being aroused. If there is a fear of any ones desires being aroused, it will not be permissible to see or to touch.
وينظر الرجل من الرجل إلى جميع بدنه إلا العورة وتنظر المرأة من المرأة والرجل إلى ما ينظر الرجل من الرجل …… ولا بأس بأن يمس ما يجوز النظر إليه إذا أمن الشهوة
