AOK,janab,from last 10 yrs i have been suffering from panic disorder.i cant travel in any public transport.i am married & have 2 kids.i have been taking medicines regularly,but now they are not working.i fear very mutch when i am alone,i cant sleep alone.all the day my concentration is on myself,i think who i am,i cant look into the mirror.i offer salat 5 times daily,read tasbihat also,i am living avery stressful life,i also had bad dreams at night.pl.tell me if theres any solution for rest of my life.a humble request to you all pl. pray for me & my family very sternly.ALLAH HAFIZ.THANKS
