A dad had sex with his step daughter. What is Shariah ruling about it? Is his nikah with his wife still valid?

(Fatwa: 336/336/M=1433)
If the above mentioned incident is correct then the mother of step daughter (adulteress) became haram for that person. Whether he divorces her or leaves her.
