(Fatwa: 353/353/M=1432)

Jumuah shall be fardh on you if the conditions of Jumuah salah are found at the place where you live and work. It is also one of the conditions that Jumuah is performed with jama’ah, it cannot be held alone. The person on whom Jumuah is fardh and he has no Shariah problem like travelling etc then it is necessary for him to perform Jumuah. It is mentioned in hadith that a person who misses three Jumuah due to carelessness (laziness and negligence) Almighty Allah puts a stamp on his heart. Yes, this warning is not applied for a person on whom Jumuah is not wajib. Jumuah is not fardh on you during the time you stay in sea.

Urine discharge does not invalidate ghusl i.e. urine drops break wudhu not ghusl. Yes, if you are excused as per Shariah, you may be granted concession. Write the complete detail of urine discharge and submit the question again.
