Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
Aswk Mufti Saab, I am from Bangalore-india and am 25 yrs of age and a great great fan of Maulana Tariq Jameel saheb and Maulana Anzar shah Qasmi. Because of the mercy of Allah and influence of above people i have decided to dedicate rest of my life in Dawa and Tableeque. I have few confusionquestions for you. 1.I work for American based company(MNC) and want to know if my earnings from American company is HalaalHaraam. At this scenario of the world, can Momin work under American companies? 2.I work in a mixed environment(Men and Women), whats shariah ruling on this? 3.Few days back, before FAJR, i saw a dream where a man wearing Turban(white), having one fist beard sitting opposite to me and telling me laughing….what you will do in Tableeq, what talent you have to do Tabliq? Why do you want to offer rest of your life to Dawa and Tablique? Please help me with above questions and please pray that i spend rest of my life in the path of Allah(swt) May Allah guide us!!!

(Fatwa: 855/666=L/1430)

If you are doing a lawful work, your income is lawful and halal. A Muslim can do a lawful job in an American company.

(2) While working in mixed environment, it is necessary to observe the Shariah limits like lowering the gaze, avoiding wanton and unrestrained talk to a strange woman etc. It is advisable for you to keep on looking for work in a company free from mixed environment and leave the present when you find a suitable one; since keeping oneself restrained in this environment and refraining from sins is very much difficult.

(3) The person seen in the dream was Satan and he wanted you to leave Tableegh. You must not pay any heed to it and you should engage yourself in Tableegh more and more.
