We are a married couple. I live in Dubai because I work here and my wife lives in India. When we both get excited then we talk on phone about sex. After that I rub my organ and my wife gives pleasure to her by rubbing herself on the bed due to which she releases her liquid. After all this we feel good. I know that I get impure in this condition. My question is that does my wife get impure in that case? Also tell whether she has to take bath or not?

It is bad to rub the private parts with lust and discharge semen and feel relief. It is against Shariah. If semen is discharged then ghusl shall be wajib and if the liquid is not semen then ghusl shall not be wajib only wudhu shall break. However, do not talk sex on phone so much that leads towards unlawful acts.
