Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by IslamicPortal.co.uk

Ṣadaqah for children’s charity

Question

Can Ṣadaqah money be given to a local non-Muslim charity which helps with children in the local area with life threatening conditions?

Answer

It is permissible, and commendable, to support such local charities with nafl Ṣadaqah.
