If a man cannot give women sexual pleasure can that lead to divorce?

Answer

(Fatwa: 362/362=M/1429)

If the husband is unable to do intercourse i.e. he is impotent and the disease is incurable while the wife is young and fears to get involved in sin, then as per Shariah, she has the right to demand divorce from her husband, and in this case, it is obligatory for the husband to divorce her. If the husband does not divorce, the wife can put an application before Shariah Qazi to revoke nikah. If the Qazi reaches a conclusion after having investigated that the claim made by the wife is correct, then he will revoke her nikah. Then, she will be allowed to marry anywhere she likes (after passing iddah).
