Is it permissible for a muslim woman to be an Islamic Judge?
بِسْمِ اللهِ الرَّحْمنِ الرَّحِيْم
The judgement of a woman is permissible in everything other than in cases of hadd punishments and qisas. i.e. She cannot be a judge in the hadd punishments or qisas only. [1]
