I would like to ask if there is any Hadith which prohibits combining milk and fish in the same meal?

I have not come across an authentic Hadith wherein Rasulullah (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) prohibited combining fish and milk.
‘Allamah Ibn Qayyim (rahimahullah) states, ‘When researching the foods that Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) consumed, one will find that he did not combine fish and milk [in one meal].
(Zadul Ma’ad, vol. 4 pg. 204)
Notes:
1) Nabi (sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) not combining fish and milk does not necessitate prohibition.
2) This seems to be an issue linked to medicine. Kindly refer to a medical/herbal practitioner.
3) For a Fiqh ruling, kindly refer to a Mufti/Darul Ifta.
