How should one transition from qiyam to sajdah during salah?

In salah while going from qiyam to sajdah whether my knee or my hand should touch the floor first.

(Fatwa: 360/B-66/TB=03/1435)

According to Hanafi Fiqh and majority of the Fiqh scholars the sunnah of going to sajdah from qiyam is first to put knees over the ground and then the hands. The hadith in Tirmidhi is as below:
عن وائل بن حجر قال : رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا سجد يضع ركبتيه قبل يديه وإذا نهض رفع يديه قبل ركبتيه (ترمذى شريف ج 1 ص 36)
وفی معارف السنن: قال ابو حنيفة والشافعى وأحمد بوضع اليدين بعد الركبتين في السجود وهو مذهب الثورى وإسحاق وعامة الفقهاء وسائر اهل الكوفة – (معارف السنن ج 3 ص 27 دارالكتاب)
