In the Name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Marrying a [m: divorced] woman isn’t conditional upon her previous husband having divorced her a specific number of times. Rather, a single divorce and the completion of the waiting period (Ar. ‘iddah) are sufficient.
