Does a woman have to be divorced three times in order for her to marry another man or are one or two times enough?
Marrying a [m: divorced] woman isn’t conditional upon her previous husband having divorced her a specific number of times. Rather, a single divorce and the completion of the waiting period (Ar. iddah) are sufficient.
