Should a Masbooq recite loudly?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Tafseer Raheemi

Question

If I met 2 rakats in the salaah of Maghrib, the last that was not met, will I recite louder or inner?

Answer

A masbooq should recite quietly, not loudly, as it would disturb others.  Loud recitation in fardh is only during congregational salaah.
