Assalaamualaikum,
Last year my Nikah was done. I am a Canadian Citizen. The boy whom I got Nikah with is from India but resides in Dubai.
I came to know he watches PORN stuff. I told him to stop. I told him not to ruin his Aakhirah. He says not to worry about his Aakhirah.
What should I do?
Should I keep my Nikah or should I Divorce him?
Please guide me.

Though it’s a very big sin in the Shari’at, but do not take divorce just on this basis.
In the Ahadith, the Wa’eeds (warnings) have been mentioned about such a person, and Allaah T’aalaa will not talk to such a person on the Day of Judgment and will not render His Mercy on him who doesn’t fulfill his desire in a natural way.
Furthermore, the worldly and medical harm and damage this heinous habit causes is that very soon such people become impotent and do not remain capable for their wives. Therefore, explain to him and keep making Du’aa to Allaah T’aalaa.
However, if it gets unbearable/unlivable due to the deficiency in the fulfillment of your rights then consult with some Darul Qazaa where some Mufti can conclude the matter between you two.
