i am a little confused as the more i research the more different views i get, i read the tahajud prayer at around 4am as fajar is 7.30am currently is this the correct time or what the latest i can read it? also do i read 2 rakats nafl followed by 1 witr and do i read surah fathiha and surah ikhlas in the witr prayer,only? what is the correct procedure?

In Ramadan, there is no preference between performing witr in congregation or delaying till tahajjud if you’re sure you’ll be performing it.
