I pray this finds you in the best of health and spirits.

Dar al-Islam are Muslim lands (whether or not they are governed in accordance to the Shariah). “Dar al-Kufr” isn’t a legal term in the Hanafi school, but similar terms simply designate non-Muslim lands.

The khilafa isn’t an end in itself, but a legislated means for Muslims to be governed by the Shariah in their own lands.

And Allah alone gives success.
