Is paying for mandatory health insurance in South Korea considered lawful or unlawful and what are its limitations?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Jamia Binoria
I am a student here in South Korea. Here health insurance in mandatory. Every month, we have to pay about $50 for it. I want to ask about its Jawaz/Hurmat. Furthermore, if it is allowed due to necessity, then what are its limitations? I mean, can we avail only up to the amount we deposited or more than that? It should be noted that treatment is very expensive over here, especially in case of child birth etc. Similarly, the law does not permit to have self-medication or remain without any treatment.

If medical insurance in mandatory and there is no other alternative, then due to this compelling situation, it is permissible for one to apply for medical insurance. However, it is only permissible for the policy holder to benefit from the amount of money that he has deposited in the insurance company. It is not permissible for him to make use of more than this amount, which must be avoided.
