I would like to know whether the Fasting missed by females, I mean, which they could not observe, could be observed during anytime after the Ramazan. Is it OK doing so?

Yes. All such missed Fasting could be observed throughout the year whenever convenient and possible except during the prohibited days. (Eid ul Fitr, Eid ul Adh-ha and the consequent three days i.e. two festival days and Ayyamuth Thashreeq)
