Is it permissible to marry one’s aunt (i.e. Uncle’s wife) after the death of one’s uncle?

After the death of one’s uncle, it is permissible to marry one’s aunt (i.e. his wife) after the passing of her waiting period on the condition that there are no preventative reasons for their marriage.
