Assalam-o-Alaikum, What I want to know is whether it is allowed for a husband to have sexual intercourse with wife while they are Fasting? And, is it allowed to kiss, hug, touch her sensitive parts or to fondle with any other part of her body? Please guide soon in this regard. Awaiting your reply.

It is not permissible to have sexual intercourse between husband and wife during the month of Ramadhan while they are Fasting, resulting which, the Fasting becomes invalid and Qadha and Kaffara both would become obligatory. Nevertheless, kissing hugging embracing and touching the sensitive parts of the body, although do not invalidate Fasting, yet it is Makrooh (undesirable) doing so.
