Dear Mufti Sb, Covering of head with cap / turban etc is mandatory?
Wearing turban or cap etc on head for men in normal situations is a continuous blessed practice of Nabi Sallallahu Alaihi Wa Sallam, practice of noble Sahabas and of the pious predecessors which is a praiseworthy Sunnath while walking around with open head is contrary to etiquettes and civility. Therefore men too should take care in covering the head as much a possible.
