Caution against taking a false oath to usurp the right of a Muslim

What is the authenticity of this Hadith?

“He who snatches away the right of a Muslim by swearing a false oath, Allah would make Hell-fire necessary for him and would declare Jannah forbidden for him. A person said ‘Even if it is something insignificant?’ He replied: ‘Yes, even if it is the twig of the arak [miswak] tree’”

Answer

Imam Muslim (rahimahullah) has recorded this narration. The Hadith is therefore authentic.

(Sahih Muslim, Hadith: 137)
