Can I pray at night whilst having some liquid on me if I am a Ma’zur?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Fatwaa.com

Asalamualaikum, I am a Ma’zurah for constant liquid discharge, and the discharge looks the same as mathi and semen liquid, which makes it hard to differentiate between them, but if I wake up at night for tahajjud and do not remember a wet dream I do not need to make ghusl. But do I need to remove the liquid discharge that I have on my clothing before praying?

Answer

Wa’alaykum as Salām wa rahmatullāhi wa barakātuhu,‎

In all circumstances, it will be best to wash off the impurity.

However, if the impurity is ‎less than the size of the soft part of your palm (around 2,75 cm in diameter), then a prayer ‎with that impurity will be valid, although it is Makruh. ‎

If the impurity is the size of the soft part of your palm (around 2,75 cm in diameter) or ‎more, then it will be incumbent to wash it. The prayer with that impurity will not be valid.‎

And Allaah Ta’aala knows best
