Question

After a person fulfills his/her needs with their spouse, and they perform ghusl, but after ghusl, there is still madhi coming out. Can they pray? Or do they have to wait after the act until no madhi is coming out and then perform ghusl, and then pray?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Answer

After having sexual intercourse, if one had urinated or walked before performing the ghusl and then after performing the ghusl, madhi came out, then in that instance, he will not be required to perform ghusl again.[1]

Only Allah SWT alone knows best.
