Which talaq did you give? If you gave talaq-e-raj’i (revocable), then did you take her back or not thereafter?
If you gave three talaqs or one or two talaq-e-raj’i and did not take her back within the iddah, then after completion of the iddah, and in case of three talaqs immediately after the talaqs, the nikah will end completely and the woman will become haram. In this case, having sexual relation will be considered adultery. It is necessary for both of you to do tauba and istighfar and be separate. If both of you want to live together again, write us the detail of the nature of the talaq.
