I am 33 yrs male, I want to marry a poor divorcee girl since she has no proper means of livelihood. I am marrying so that I can fulfil my desires and the same time providing her with monthly maintenance till she finds an adequate means of livelihood ? Is this a proper and valid nikah ?

Marrying the poor divorced is permissible rather an act of reward provided there is no reason which may make nikah haram between you and her.
