I am looking for information about inheritance for a family of 5 people (1) mother, (2) two brothers, (3) two sisters. Father passed away. The property is to be sold and amount to be distributed to all 5 according to Quran and Sunnah. Your guidance will be greatly appreciated.

In the question mentioned above, if the property of your father has to be divided then all his property shall be divided into 48 shares. Your mother (the widow) shall get 6 shares, 14-14 shares will go to each brother and 7-7 shares to each sister. The detail of Shariah division of the property is as follows:
Detail:
Wife: 1×06 = 06
Sons: 2×14 = 28
Daughters: 2×07 = 14
Total: 48 shares
