Can a woman who has not taken ghusl after napaki read the holy Quran online?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
(1) Can a woman who has not taken ghusl after napaki read the holy Quran online? (2) Can a napak woman read small ayats or dua from the holy Quran online if not the regular daily Quran reading during napaki? (3) I am miscarrying now and can bleed for more than ten days. Can I read duas online from websites?

Answer

(Fatwa: 190/L=117/TL=1433)

(1) It is not lawful for a woman to recite the holy Quran until she does not perform ghusl after her impurity.
(2) It is not right to recite the holy Quran in the state of impurity even small ayahs, however it is correct to read the verses of dua with the intention of dua in the state of impurity.
(3) You can read duas. Also, if abortion took place before four months and the blood exceeded ten days then the bleeding after ten days will not be counted as haiz (menstruation) rather it will be istihazah (common vaginal bleeding) and illness. And it is right to offer salah, recite the holy Quran and do other prayers in the state of istihazah. However, if the foetus was of more than four months then in this case the blood that exceeded ten days shall be called nifas (postpartum period). And it is not right to offer salah, recite the holy Quran in the state of nifas, but it is correct to do zikr and read duas.
