What caused the napaki on pajamas?

If during nightfall the pajama is smeared with napaki and the blanket has no sign of napaki in the morning. Please tell me it is necessary to wash the blanket?

Answer:

(Fatwa: 1903/1348/L=1432)

If one is not sure of the impurity in the blanket then it is not necessary to wash it.
