What is the haukam of rafa-yadain in islam?because according to the hadith of sahih bukhari it is said that nabi pak did that act?and many of the sahabah and taba tabaeen also did … and some said he sometimes did and sometimes did not?secondly,is there any difference in women and men namaz(salat)

According to Hanafi Fiqh, raf?-e-yadain is not sunnah except when starting salah. As far as raf?-e-yadain from the Prophet (صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم) is concerned, it wasin the beginning of Islam.
(2) Allama Shami has mentioned 26 differences between the salah of a man and a woman. You should refer to it.
