Having intercourse with a wife in the presence of second wife is shamelessness and against modesty. Also, it is sin for the wives to see each other’s naked body: وطئ زوجتہ بحضرۃ ضرتھا او امتہ یکرہ الخ
Yes, one can have sex with both of them by turn separately provided he is permitted to do so by the wife who owns the turn.
