Can we skip aayat-e sajdah while travelling & perform it later, & how many sajdahs are required?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Darulifta-Deoband.com
(1) If one recites Quran in a journey and they get aayat of sajdah, and not able to offer sajdah instantly as per situation [say bus or car], what should be done at that time?
(2) Can we skip aayat-e sajdah for reason of journey and get back to it later?
(3) How many sajdah one should perform for one aayat-e sajdah? [Some say two sajdahs have to be done.]

(1) Perform sajdah later when you have time even after reaching home.
(2) It is not good to leave the particular ayat, rather you should recite it silently and perform sajdah later.
(3) It is sufficient to do one sajdah.
