Q: Can a person making tamattu hajj perform his saee (walking between Safa and Marwa) before the 8th of zil hijjah?
A: Yes he can make the saee of haj before the 8th of zil hijjah with two conditions:
1) he must have donned his ihraam for hajj,
2) he must make the saee after a tawaaf, even if the tawaaf is a nafl tawaaf.
