If my baby wakes up while I’m having sex, is it then allowed to nurse her back to sleep without performing wudu or ghusl?

Yes, it is permitted without dislike to nurse a child when in a state of major ritual impurity (janaba), such that one requires ghusl.

And Allah alone gives success.
