Continuous Spotting

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by CouncilofUlama.co.za

Q: A woman started spotting on her normal time of 6 June. This lasted until 15 June. Was clean until 22 June and than proper haidh flow started on 22 June. Lasted until 1 July and starts again to spot on 5 July as per her normal haidh time. Will her normal time be haidh although there was no flow or the actual flow time although it was not her time?

A: Since she has not experienced a clean period for at least 15 days, she will be considered bleeding continuously from 06th June to date. This being the case she should follow her previous habit of Tuhr and Haidh and calculate the days of her haidh.
