Touching Impurity and Wudhu

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by CouncilofUlama.co.za

Q: Does ones’s wudhu break if a mother washes her child after the child uses the toilet? Or, does wudhu break if you touch any napaak (impure) substance after which you do wash your hands?

A: Touching or making any form of physical contact with any impurity will not nullify the wudu , hence besides removing the impurity fron the soiled area nothing else is necessary.
