Sajdah with a Turban

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askmufti.co.za
Q: If I am wearing turban, which is covering my forhead, and I do sajda such that the bare forhead does not touch the ground, rather it touches over the turban, is that fine? Or must my bare forehead touch the ground?
A: If the firmness of the ground could be felt through the turban, the Sajdah will be valid, otherwise not. It is best that the actual forehead touches the ground. (Al Jauharatun Nayyirah V1 P214)
