Is it haraam to sell fireworks for bonfire night and Divali in the UK? Do they help in rizq, health, preventing calamities etc…?

Answered as per Hanafi Fiqh by Askimam.org

Also what are the blessings for each particular Salah.

Answer

1. It is Makrooh (odious) to sell fireworks for bonfires and Diwali and there is no such thing as they help in the Rizq, health, etc. (Fataawaa Mahmoodiyah, Vol. 5, Page 113, Vol. 12, Page 390)

2. A Hadith reported by Abu Hurairah (Radhiallaahu Anhu) states that the Prophet (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: ?The five (daily) Salaah and the Friday prayer to the next Friday prayer compensates for whatever (minor) sins may be committed between them as long as major sins are avoided. (Riyadhus Saaliheen, Page 297)

Abu Zuhair Umarah bin Ruwaibah (Radhiallaahu Anhu) narrates that: ?I heard the Prophet (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) saying: ?He who offers prayers before the rising of the sun (Fajr) and before the setting of the sun (Asr) will not enter the Fire.? (Mishkaat, Page 62, Riyadhus Saaliheen, Page 297)

Uthmaan (Radhiallaahu Anhu) narrates the Prophet (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said: ?He who performs Eshaa Salaah in congregation is as if he has spent half the night in ?Ibaadah, and he who performs Fajr Salaah in congregation is as if he had spent the entire night in ?Ibaadah.? (Mishkaat, Page 62)
