Asalaamua’alikum,
I have questions regarding kufr.
1) When I was watching TV there was a time when I laughed at something I shouldnt have when a show was making fun of Isa alayhis salam (the christian version of him). Also one time a friend of mine kind of made a joke using ayaat of Quran to make fun of ayaat or anything but to make fun of my friend he basically inserted my friends name into the ayat. This was before I was married. I have made taubah after marriage, should I re-do my nikah?
2) Today i decided to stop watching TV because of how much blasphemy there is in it. I re-did my shahaadah as a precaution, should I re-do my nikah as a precaution as well?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
Respected brother,
A person should exercise extreme caution in matters related to Islam. Making jokes or trivializing any Sha’air (salient feature) of Islam could cause a person to go out of the fold of Islam.i Allah Ta’ala mentions in the Quraan Majeed:
وَلَئن سَأَلۡتَهُمۡ لَیَقُولُنَّ إِنَّمَا كُنَّا نَخُوضُ وَنَلۡعَبُۚ قُلۡ أَبِٱللَّهِ وَءَایَـٰتِهِۦ وَرَسُولِهِۦ كُنتُمۡ تَسۡتَهۡزِءُون لَا تَعۡتَذِرُوا۟ قَدۡ كَفَرۡتُم بَعۡدَ إِیمَـٰنِكُمۡۚ.
Translation: And if you ask them, they will say, “We were just chatting and having fun.” Say, “Is it of Allah and His verses and His Messenger that you were making fun? Do not make excuses. You have become disbelievers (by mocking at Allah and His Messenger) after you had professed Imaan.[Surat At-Tawbah 65-66]
The actions you refer to had taken place before the nikah. Furthermore, Allah Ta’ala has granted you the ability of making Tauba. Therefore there is no need to renew your Nikah.
2) You made an excellent decision by abandoning the watching of television. Besides blasphemy, there are many other sins which one perpetrates when he watches television . Sincerely repent to Allah, and make a firm decision to never watch television again. There is no need for you to re-do your Nikah.
We make duaa that Allah keep you steadfast on Deen and Taqwa. Ameen

وَفِي فُصُولِ الْعِمَادِيَّةِ إذَا قَرَأَ الْقُرْآنَ عَلَى دَقِّ الدُّفِّ وَالْقَصَبِ يَكْفُرُ وَقَالَ لِمَنْ يَقْرَأُ الْقُرْآنَ وَيَتَذَكَّرُ كَلِمَةَ {وَالْتَفَّتِ السَّاقُ بِالسَّاقِ} [القيامة: 29] أَوْ مَلَأَ قَدَحًا وَجَاءَ بِهِ وَقَالَ كَأْسًا دِهَاقًا أَوْ قَالَ فَكَانَتْ سَرَابًا بِطَرِيقِ الْمُجَازَفَةِ أَوْ قَالَ عِنْدَ الْكَيْلِ وَالْوَزْنِ {وَإِذَا كَالُوهُمْ أَوْ وَزَنُوهُمْ يُخْسِرُونَ} [المطففين: 3] أَوْ جَمَعَ أَهْلَ مَوْضِعٍ وَقَالَ {فَجَمَعْنَاهُمْ جَمْعًا} [الكهف: 99] أَوْ قَالَ {وَحَشَرْنَاهُمْ فَلَمْ نُغَادِرْ مِنْهُمْ أَحَدًا} [الكهف: 47] أَوْ قَالَ لِغَيْرِهِ كَيْفَ تَقْرَأُ وَالنَّازِعَاتِ نَزْعًا تَنْصِبُ أَوْ تَرْفَعُهَا وَأَرَادَ بِهِ الطَّعْنَ وَالسُّخْرِيَةَ أَوْ قَالَ صَرِّحْ اسْمَك فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى قَالَ {كَلا بَلْ رَانَ عَلَى قُلُوبِهِمْ} [المطففين: 14] أَوْ دُعِيَ إلَى الصَّلَاةِ بِالْجَمَاعَةِ فَقَالَ أَنَا أُصَلِّي وَحْدِي فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ تَعَالَى قَالَ إنَّ الصَّلَاةَ تَنْهَى أَوْ قَالَ لِغَيْرِهِ كُلْ تَفْشِيلَةَ فَإِنَّ التَّفْشِيلَةَ تَذْهَبُ بِالرِّيحِ قَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى {وَلا تَنَازَعُوا فَتَفْشَلُوا وَتَذْهَبَ رِيحُكُمْ} [الأنفال: 46] كَفَرَ فِي هَذِهِ الصُّوَرِ كُلِّهَا.
وَالْحَاصِلُ أَنَّ مَنْ اسْتَعْمَلَ كَلَامَ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى فِي بَدَلِ كَلَامِهِ هَازِلًا كَفَرَ وَكَذَا لَوْ نَظَمَ الْقُرْآنَ بِالْفَارِسِيَّةِ وَيَكْفُرُ بِوَضْعِ رِجْلِهِ عَلَى الْمُصْحَفِ مُسْتَخِفًّا.

إن تكلم بكلمة الكفر و ضحك منه أخر كفر الضاحك الا ان يكون ضروريا بان يكون الكلام مضحكا
