Question:
Assalamualaikum
Q1-What is the method of reading Salaat in Muzdalafah during Hajj, after the Fardh of Maghrib do you read the Sunnah of Maghrib first or should you read Fardh of Eshaa first and then the Sunnah of Maghrib and after that the Sunnah of Eshaa?
Q2-Is it Sunnah to wash the stones which are taken to pelt the Shaitaan? (please also provide Sahih Hadith with reference)
Q3-Before Hajj if the women who made intention of Tamattu’ is in her period and she is unable to do Umrah before Hajj then what is the dam small animal or a big animal? b-Is it Waajib or for such a women to make Qadhaa of that Umrah and what if she did not make Qadhaa after Hajj?

Answer:
1) Once the time of Eshaa Salaah sets in, one Athaan and one Iqaamah should be given. Thereafter the Maghrib Salaah should be performed and then the Eshaa Salaah, without any delay between the two. The Sunnahs of both the Salaahs
should be performed after the Eshaa Salaah. (Mu’allimul Hujjaj, Page 164)
2) We have not come across any Hadith stating that it is Sunnah to wash the pebbles. However the Fuqahaa have written that it is Mustahab to do so. (Mu’allimul Hujjaj, Page 168)
3) She will have to give Damm (small animal). Yes, it is incumbent upon her to make Qadhaa.
