Question:
- Must a female’s feet be kept together or apart in Salaah?
- If a person’s Wudhu breaks in Salaah reading after the Tashahhud, must the Salaah be repeated?
- Two people own a property. Can Mr A say that if he dies the entire property goes to Mr B or vice versa?
Answer:
1: A woman’s feet (ankles) should be kept together in Salaah if it is easy for her to do so.
2: In such an instance to carry on with the Namaaz will be Makrooh Tahrimi, thus he should immediately perform Wudhu and repeat the Namaaz.
3: No, whatever the share of Mr A is will be included in his estate. However Mr B will take 1/3 of this as Wasiyyat. Thus for instance if Mr B is his wife or son then there will be no Wasiyyat for them, thus they will inherit according to their stipulated shares. This means that whatever Mr A owns will be part of the estate and will be inherited by his heirs
