Q: What are the shares of inheritance of a son, a daughter, a father and a mother for a deceased wife?
A: If a woman dies leaving behind both parents, a son, and a daughter then the entire estate must be divided into 18 equal shares. The father will get 3 shares, the mother 3 shares, the son 8 shares, and the daughter 4 shares.
We take it that in the above estate the husband is not alive.
