I and my younger brother are the only surviving offspring to my late mother.Do we have rights over the share my Late mother inherited form her late son’s property ? ( in reference to your answer to question no 452)

Answer:

As sons, you are entitled to inheritance from your late mother’s Estate. The Mother’s estate includes her share from her son who predeceased her. and Allah Ta’ala Knows Best Mufti Ebrahim Desai
