as salaamu ‘alaikum wr wb, If one intentionally breaks there fast during Ramadhan through sexual intercourse one has to make kaffarah. The question breaks the fast, can one eat or drink since the fast is already broken?
Answer:
(Fatwa: 1761/1657=D/1429)
He is asked to remain without food and drink all the remaining time as respect of the time of fasting.
