How should inheritance wealth be divided if there are two sons, two daughters and one grandson?

Ahmad Died and he left two sons and two daughters and one grandson how woulf one divide the inheritance wealth. kindly pls Mufti Saheb give the answer in the light of Qur’an and Hadith. Wassalaam

Answer

(Fatwa: 1637/1163=H/1429)

After paying all rights preceding inheritance and in case all the details provided about the heirs is right, then the entire property and wealth of the deceased will be divided into 6 parts; out of which each son will get two parts while each daughter will receive one part. The grandchild will have no share in this case.
