(Fatwa: 2097/H=626/th=1431)
After due rights preceding inheritance, all the property of the deceased person (movables and immovables) shall be divided into 48 shares. The widow of deceased shall get 6 shares, each son 14-14 shares and each daughter 7-7 shares.
Detail:
Wife: 6
Son: 2×14= 28
Daughter: 2×7= 14
Total: 48 Shares
