One should suffice in washing his limbs only three times while making Wudhu and to over come the said Waswasa (whispers) it will be very useful to be particular in the below mentioned Wadha’if .
1. After every Namaz recite 21 times A’oozu Billahi Minash Shaithaaani Aamanthu Billahi Wa Rusulihi with 3 times Durood Shareef before and after.
2. Make the practice of reciting the third Kalima in abundance every now and then or else at least 700 times during day and night. Insha Allah with this your uneasiness would disappear.
